She is accredited to deliver the Advanced Emotions and Behaviours at Work psychometric and frequently works with teams and leaders to help them develop their self-awareness in order to build high performance.

Neil is an experienced business professional and coach who shares Farscape’s passion for people development. He has spent the last 20 years immersed in the fields of education, training and coaching and has recently gained a Masters in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School. He combines his wide-ranging experiences as teacher, mentor, leader and coach to help people and teams bridge the gap between their perception of what they can achieve and their true potential.

As Head of Brand Emma’s role at Farscape is to manage and coordinate all aspects of marketing and ensure that everything externally facing is consistent with Farscape’s brand. This includes working alongside Directors to create the strategic marketing plan; overseeing all online presence, coordinating and analysing marketing activities and producing all written content online and in print.

Emma’s thirst for knowledge and appetite for research ensures that she provides new ideas and a fresh perspective in developing Farscape’s marketing strategy. She is committed to continuing personal and professional development and strongly believes that with the right mindset anything can be learned.

As the Events and Programme Coordinator Claire manages our programmes from point of sale through to delivery, working with our clients to ensure a positive experience for all. Reviewing operational process, seeking new learning environments and collating client feedback also form part of Claire’s core role. Focusing on the client’s journey with Farscape is of utmost importance to Claire, building relationships and valuing feedback help her to ensure high standards of delivery.

As a passionate and experienced netball coach Claire hopes to transfer her sports coaching knowledge to the world of learning and development. Claire is curious about people’s behaviours and in particular the dynamics of teams. She is excited to be part of a team that values personal development and can’t wait to learn more!

Katy joined Farscape as Sales and Marketing Coordinator after a number of years as a stay-at-home mum. Prior to that she worked as a Marketing Manager for a conference and events company in Sydney and in London. She brings a variety of marketing experience to the team and is always keen to build upon her industry knowledge and improve how she works.

A keen sportswoman, Katy enjoys a wide range of sporting activity and will often be seen out running. She loves challenging herself pushing her limits and in the past has tried rock climbing, scuba diving, yoga, capoeira, ball room dancing, horse riding, surfing, kayaking, snowboarding and had one attempt at flying an aeroplane.

Very fond of numbers and spreadsheets, Arabella is the main point of contact for all things financial. Day-to-day, she is responsible for managing all invoicing, credit control and payments in and out of the company. Alongside this she produces regular financial reports and provides detailed analysis of company performance to support the Directors in strategic decisions.

One of Arabella’s main drivers is a desire to help others and encourage them to be the best that they can be. In Farscape, she is delighted to have found a company that reflects this ideal and through its work, demonstrates a genuine interest in people and their ongoing development.

Deena is an experiential and inspirational leader, trained psychotherapist, coach and motivational speaker with over 20 years’ experience of learning and development across all levels of organisations. What began as a passion for presentation skills and inspiring passion for performance grew to an in-depth understanding of the facilitation of assertiveness, personal impact, confidence and gravitas.

Deena is inspired by her deep belief in the potential of every individual. She is able to inspire, engage and facilitate change in all environments, from large-scale corporate events for groups of a thousand, to one-to-one coaching sessions. Deena especially enjoys working at senior level to facilitate cultural change.

Karen Green is an experienced facilitator and professional member of the CIPD. She is passionate about supporting organisations to achieve higher performance through accessing the true potential of every employee. She has 15 years’ experience in human resources, leadership and management development and change management roles. Experienced in working across global cultures, Karen has delivered in Brazil, US, China and India. Her sector experience spans manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, chemical and nuclear in organisations ranging from 340 employees to 12,000.

Warm and approachable, Karen is successful in developing collaborative working relationships with leaders and teams at all levels in the business.

Will holds an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change (Henley Business School) and is an APECS accredited executive coach. His background is in business and performance; he began his career in the catering industry progressing to senior management level and then trained as a professional actor. His work draws on his experience from both of these professions.

His supportive yet challenging facilitation style is focused on enabling clients to develop their own learning and he regularly works with senior people helping them to explore the unconscious, behavioural and systemic influences that shape both their own and their organisation’s performance.

Julia began her career as a Royal Naval Officer, the end of which introduced her to assessment and development. She quickly realised that assessment centres only got to work with and observe people for a short period of time and she was interested in working with people for longer.

Her teaching adults qualification showed her how much she enjoyed helping others learn and develop. Alongside doing this, she completed her qualifications to use personality psychometrics, which then ignited her interest in coaching. Her facilitation style is collaborative and challenging – embracing a coaching style and so using lots of questions and facilitate discussion.

Helen’s career began in the Utility sector in operational management. She has lead significant change in the highly regulated post-privatisation era of the industry. Her move to the Middle East in 1999, working for the Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, marked the beginning of her learning in managing multi-cultural teams and significant change.

During her career, she has been an MBA mentor, developed change management strategies and produced training programmes. She has a natural ability in talent and performance management. She now coaches senior managers and Board level professionals.

Helen’s coaching style is flexible, supportive, challenging and bespoke.

Russell has facilitated many team development sessions with Coca-Cola and Carlsberg to help ensure that all members are aligned on purpose, goals and approach.

Russell’s facilitation style is practical, straightforward and flexible and he believes that great results are achieved when individual and organisational needs are in balance and people are supported and challenged to fulfil their potential and deliver their goals.

Nelisha has helped to develop leaders and businesses in the commercial and public sectors for over 10 years. She has a background in psychology and is interested in helping people to discover the source from which their actions and decisions arise. Through doing this she helps leaders and teams ‘see’ each other fully.

Nelisha has a Doctorate in Organisational Consulting from Ashridge Business School, where she researched how increased self compassion can make leaders more resilient and motivate them to create compassionate work environments which can then help to solve problems associated with stress, burn out, hyper-competitiveness and conflict.

Selwyn’s background is in law and qualified as a solicitor specialising in employment law and practised for 16 years, mostly advising employers. In this role Selwyn saw an increasing client demand for management training and development in how to avoid employment law risk rather than dealing with situations after they had gone wrong. He is a strong advocate of this more proactive approach and over the last 12 years has trained managers and HR teams to manage with confidence.

For a long time as a lawyer, Selwyn dealt with situations after they had gone wrong. As Selwyn developed his own training practice, he found it much more rewarding to help managers make good, robust decisions without having to resort to lawyers.

Nicola has 25 years’ experience in commercial, change and transformation and senior executive activity across both private and public sectors. In the latter half of her career she developed an interest in the people element of major programmes and organisational dynamics.

Nicola spent seven years as a founding Director for a Government Shared Service Centre creating a limited company from scratch and building it to deliver efficiencies with taxpayer’s money. During this time she led many of the organisation development initiatives and was offered the opportunity to study for a Masters in coaching and behavioural change, which has changed both her depth of thinking and career direction.

Justin is a highly experienced and proven facilitator, university lecturer and motivational speaker. He served as an infantry officer in the British Army for 18 years and was awarded the Military Cross for his actions in Iraq in 2004. And he has led and participated in over 25 overseas expeditions to the mountains, whitewater rivers and rainforests of the world.

Justin believes that leadership is everyone’s responsibility. In his view, it is not necessarily related to organisational position or authority but instead is about the will to have a positive impact on the people around any individual. In short, success comes from people, not processes, and it is therefore behaviour and culture that he places the greatest emphasis on.

Beth finished her Psychology degree with no pre-determined career plan, but a burning knowledge that she was meant to be doing meaningful work with people. This lead Beth to explore learning and development and mentoring and coaching.

Beth became self employed in 2015, as she was passionate about partnering with a variety of businesses that were looking to consciously create a more love led approach to their people and their business.

Liz’ work has included managing talent development programmes, team facilitation, providing executive coaching, mentoring ex offenders and ethnic minority university students and running numerous training programmes especially leadership programmes for a wide range of audiences including airline pilots, hospital consultants and long-term unemployed.
