Over the past 25 years Russell has gained significant people, commercial and change leadership experience working for Mars, Coca-Cola and Carlsberg. He focused on developing people, teams and organisations to achieve success, very often in the context of leading through change. Russell has facilitated many team development sessions with Coca-Cola and Carlsberg to help ensure that all members are aligned on purpose, goals and approach.

Russell’s facilitation style is practical, straightforward and flexible and he believes that great results are achieved when individual and organisational needs are in balance and people are supported and challenged to fulfil their potential and deliver their goals.
