She is accredited to deliver the Advanced Emotions and Behaviours at Work psychometric and frequently works with teams and leaders to help them develop their self-awareness in order to build high performance.

Neil is an experienced business professional and coach who shares Farscape’s passion for people development. He has spent the last 20 years immersed in the fields of education, training and coaching and has recently gained a Masters in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School. He combines his wide-ranging experiences as teacher, mentor, leader and coach to help people and teams bridge the gap between their perception of what they can achieve and their true potential.

Deena is an experiential and inspirational leader, trained psychotherapist, coach and motivational speaker with over 20 years’ experience of learning and development across all levels of organisations. What began as a passion for presentation skills and inspiring passion for performance grew to an in-depth understanding of the facilitation of assertiveness, personal impact, confidence and gravitas.

Deena is inspired by her deep belief in the potential of every individual. She is able to inspire, engage and facilitate change in all environments, from large-scale corporate events for groups of a thousand, to one-to-one coaching sessions. Deena especially enjoys working at senior level to facilitate cultural change.

Karen Green is an experienced facilitator and professional member of the CIPD. She is passionate about supporting organisations to achieve higher performance through accessing the true potential of every employee. She has 15 years’ experience in human resources, leadership and management development and change management roles. Experienced in working across global cultures, Karen has delivered in Brazil, US, China and India. Her sector experience spans manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, chemical and nuclear in organisations ranging from 340 employees to 12,000.

Warm and approachable, Karen is successful in developing collaborative working relationships with leaders and teams at all levels in the business.

Will holds an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change (Henley Business School) and is an APECS accredited executive coach. His background is in business and performance; he began his career in the catering industry progressing to senior management level and then trained as a professional actor. His work draws on his experience from both of these professions.

His supportive yet challenging facilitation style is focused on enabling clients to develop their own learning and he regularly works with senior people helping them to explore the unconscious, behavioural and systemic influences that shape both their own and their organisation’s performance.

Julia began her career as a Royal Naval Officer, after which she specialised in assessment and development, and is now a learning and development expert who has worked with a diverse range of public and private sector clients. Julia is a Senior Practitioner Coach with the EMCC and holds an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change. She is passionate about her own development and is starting a PhD to research “Why should anyone be coached by you?”

Her facilitation style is collaborative and challenging – embracing a coaching style and so using lots of questions to facilitate discussion. She is aware that challenge might create discomfort and unease; however, with support and care this can lead to deeper insight and learning. Julia works with leaders and organisations to explore behaviours, and how these impact others.

Over the past 25 years Russell has gained significant people, commercial and change leadership experience working for Mars, Coca-Cola and Carlsberg. He focused on developing people, teams and organisations to achieve success, very often in the context of leading through change. Russell has facilitated many team development sessions with Coca-Cola and Carlsberg to help ensure that all members are aligned on purpose, goals and approach.

Russell’s facilitation style is practical, straightforward and flexible and he believes that great results are achieved when individual and organisational needs are in balance and people are supported and challenged to fulfil their potential and deliver their goals.

Nelisha has helped to develop leaders and businesses in the commercial and public sectors for over 10 years. She has a background in psychology and is interested in helping people to discover the source from which their actions and decisions arise. Through doing this she helps leaders and teams ‘see’ each other fully.

Nelisha has a Doctorate in Organisational Consulting from Ashridge Business School, where she researched how increased self compassion can make leaders more resilient and motivate them to create compassionate work environments which can then help to solve problems associated with stress, burn out, hyper-competitiveness and conflict.

Beth finished her Psychology degree with no pre-determined career plan, but a burning knowledge that she was meant to be doing meaningful work with people. Her career started in Talent Acquisition, where she discovered a love for spotting people’s strengths and creating the space for them to relax, be themselves and shine. This lead Beth to explore learning and development and mentoring and coaching.

Beth became self employed in 2015, as she was passionate about partnering with a variety of businesses that were looking to consciously create a more love led approach to their people and their business.
