He has spent the last 20 years immersed in the fields of education, training and coaching and has recently gained a Masters in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School. He combines his wide-ranging experiences as teacher, mentor, leader and coach to help people and teams bridge the gap between their perception of what they can achieve and their true potential.

Deena is an experiential and inspirational leader, trained psychotherapist, coach and motivational speaker with over 20 years’ experience of learning and development across all levels of organisations. What began as a passion for presentation skills and inspiring passion for performance grew to an in-depth understanding of the facilitation of assertiveness, personal impact, confidence and gravitas.
Deena is inspired by her deep belief in the potential of every individual. She is able to inspire, engage and facilitate change in all environments, from large-scale corporate events for groups of a thousand, to one-to-one coaching sessions. Deena especially enjoys working at senior level to facilitate cultural change.

Will holds an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change (Henley Business School) and is an APECS accredited executive coach. His background is in business and performance; he began his career in the catering industry progressing to senior management level and then trained as a professional actor. His work draws on his experience from both of these professions.
His supportive yet challenging facilitation style is focused on enabling clients to develop their own learning and he regularly works with senior people helping them to explore the unconscious, behavioural and systemic influences that shape both their own and their organisation’s performance.

Helen’s career began in the Utility sector in operational management. She has lead significant change in the highly regulated post-privatisation era of the industry. Her move to the Middle East in 1999, working for the Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, marked the beginning of her learning in managing multi-cultural teams and significant change.
During her career, she has been an MBA mentor, developed change management strategies and produced training programmes. She has a natural ability in talent and performance management. She now coaches senior managers and Board level professionals.

Nelisha has a Doctorate in Organisational Consulting from Ashridge Business School, where she researched how increased self compassion can make leaders more resilient and motivate them to create compassionate work environments which can then help to solve problems associated with stress, burn out, hyper-competitiveness and conflict.
